Since 2012, YORO New Energy embarked on the journey to establish a state-of-the-art smart factory. This facility is a testament to end-to-end digitization, embracing the latest in intelligent manufacturing techniques. Our focus has been on innovating digital production processes for cables, connectors, and wiring harnesses, all underpinned by our proprietary intellectual rights. After six dedicated years of investment, we’ve realized a new era of smart, digital, interconnected, and eco-friendly manufacturing.

Currently, our factory boasts 20 of the nation’s top-tier automatic cable extrusion lines, championing a fully digital production and inspection process. This modern approach supersedes traditional manual checks, amplifying production efficiency. Complementing this, we have an exhaustive suite of inspection and testing equipment, ensuring the pinnacle of product quality. Our commitment is evident in our annual output of 980,000 kilometers of cables.

The facility houses 35 injection molding machines and over 180 sets of auxiliary inspection and testing equipment. Our connector production tools are among the best domestically, boasting a precision of 0.002mm. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies like digital intelligent image and laser detection, we’ve minimized manual assembly errors. Every product undergoes 100% inspection and receives a digital mark, pushing our product error rate to a mere 1 in a million, elevating product quality exponentially.

Our product range spans wires, cables, junction boxes, connectors, and branch cables, with an annual production of 12 million connection system sets. We also cater to bespoke customer requirements. Our offerings have garnered global acclaim, making their way into the supplier lists of renowned international component manufacturers and reaching 68 countries worldwide.
