Our design engineering team, drawing from extensive design and production insights, has developed a comprehensive digital quality control process. This system spans from raw material storage, in-house manufacturing, product testing, to warehousing, ensuring an efficient quality traceability mechanism. Our commitment is evident in our goal of 100% product testing. Moreover, the team’s vast practical engineering experience positions us uniquely to offer clients technical consultations, remote guidance, and post-installation support. The YORO New Energy laboratory is meticulously set up in line with the national CANS specifications, boasting third-party independent testing credentials. Spanning approximately 300 square meters, the lab is equipped with 40 state-of-the-art testing apparatus. It’s adept at conducting a broad spectrum of tests, from mechanical and electrical performance to environmental assessments and material property evaluations. Our testing protocols are anchored in renowned international standards like EN50521, EN50548, UL3730, and EN50618. The lab’s eminent researchers frequently share their findings, contributing articles to both domestic and global journals, thereby fostering the growth of the photovoltaic sector.
